Ummi dee's burger bistro

Ummi Dee's is a vibe!! The food is prepared fresh as you order. My Co-workers and I order regularly! Sometimes we order several dishes and share. Other times everyone orders their favorite dishes. Every dish has been tasty with each bite. My favorite is the Salmon egg rolls, cheese fries, and strawberry lemonade. The owner and staff are very nice and their goal is to please. Try it, you will not be disappointed!!

I’m from Baltimore was in Philly for a bday celebration. Omw back home decided to stop for a bite The food was Flavorable, tasty, cheesy, fresh sub rolls, great customer service. I had oxtail sub ($30), salmon sub, seafood egg rolls ($10 comes in pairs [2]), 2 Lg strawberry lemonades ($4). Everything was sooo delicious. Total of $72 + tax

First off the food is delicious. That's number one. I had the oxtail cheese steak, and yes it's good. Very filling. I couldn't even finish it all. The establishment was clean and the service was professional and friendly. I saw the owner of the establishment behind the grill cooking the cheese steaks with all the other cooks. I'm not sure why that was something I liked to see... but it was. Only thing I'm not a fan of is standing in the long line because everyone is running here to buy their delicious food. I have yet to try anything else on their menu aside from the cheesesteaks but I look forward to it.

Tried this place for the 1st time this evening. I ordered an oxtail cheese steak..chicken cheese egg rolls, fries and lemonade lol 😂 I went there pretty hungry. My food was delish!! I ate most of the egg rolls in the car and half of the steak when I got home..best steak rolls I ever had…and the oxtail steak was sooo fire!! I recently moved to Delaware but I would be here everyday if I still lived in Philly….delicious food!

I initially called to order ahead but was put on hold and the person never returned to the line. When I came in to order, the cashier took another order over the phone without asking me to wait, hold, give her a moment, nothing. I was there before the phone rang. I wanted to order a burger but the “burger bistro” place no longer sells burgers. Had the person came back to the line I could have saved myself a trip. Ordered the chicken cheesesteak instead. The steak was very wet with what looks like a cheese sauce. The menu stated I could pick what kind of cheese but I guess they picked for me. The wait time was very long. I visited the place a few weeks prior to this visit for the oxtail cheesesteak. I did not care for the steak. I’m not saying it was nasty. It just wasn’t for me but the roll did need to be gutted. I tasted the bread more than the steak. The wait time on this visit was not long. I found out on this visit they only take cash. That is not listed on their social media page.
